1. Customers with a teambuy voucher can redeem the voucher starting on Monday November 28th 2011 from 9.00am Pacific Time (Noon Eastern).You will still receive your personalized products in time for Christmas!

3. Complete the CD Order Form, make a copy of it and save it to your computer. and email it to us at mykidsmusicandbooks@shaw.ca as an attachment, along with your Teambuy voucher number.
Without this number we cannot process your order.
4. If you intend to purchase more than one CD then complete the order form on the website, add to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout when you are finished.
